Residential/Light Commercial Lead HVAC Installer

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston Area)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Lead the installation of residential and light commerical HVAC systems

Ensure all work is completed to code manufacturer standards (i.e. proper brazing technique, proper checks and start-up procedures followed)

Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Provide excellent customer service, communicate well, and represent the company professionally

This position reports directly to the owner and will have an install helper they will need to direct.

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC installation experience required

Proven ability to work independently and guide a team

Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations a plus

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA Certification

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
