About the Role:

DAYCOOL HEATING & AIR INC is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Mobile, AL! Responsibilities:

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation

Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new and replacement units

Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation

Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines

Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations

Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions or concerns

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred

EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
