🔥 Lead HVAC Installer – High-Performance Crew
M3 Mechanical | Colorado Springs + Surrounding Areas
Compensation: Competitive hourly + OT + performance bonuses Schedule: Full-Time Work Type: Multi-family, high-volume installs
Who We Are
M3 Mechanical is a locally owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company built on one thing: getting the job done right without excuses.
We’re a small, tight crew — not a corporate shop. We work hard, expect a lot from each other, and take care of our people.
If you want easy days and light workloads, this isn’t it. If you want to grow, lead, and make good money doing it—keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Installing HVAC systems in multi-family and light commercial environments
Furnaces, condensers, coils, air handlers, Aquatherm ceiling units, and water heaters
Working in tight spaces, rooftops, and occupied units
Running CPVC, press fittings, gas, and refrigerant lines
Completing 1–2 installs per day when workload demands it
Leading jobs and keeping helpers moving and productive
Documenting installs with photos and clean closeout notes
Driving to job sites across Colorado (some longer drive days — company vehicle provided)
👉 This is not “one clean install a day” work. 👉 This is real field production.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Running install jobs start to finish
Making field decisions without waiting to be told what to do
Keeping jobs on schedule and on standard
Communicating clearly with field manager and team
Delivering installs that don’t need to be redone
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
Shows up ready to work — every day
Can handle fast-paced, high-volume installs
Willing to drive where the work is (some days are longer than others)
Knows how to troubleshoot and adapt in the field
Takes pride in clean, code-compliant work
Doesn’t cut corners — period
Can lead a helper and hold them accountable
👉 If you need constant direction or slow everything down, this won’t work.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
Performance bonuses based on production and quality
Company vehicle + fuel card + major tools provided
Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
Clear path to lead roles and long-term growth
Work hard, play hard crew — we take the work seriously, not ourselves
What You Need
2+ years HVAC install experience (multi-family a plus)
EPA Certification (or willing to get it immediately)
Solid understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems
Valid driver’s license + clean record
Ability to work independently and lead when needed
Bottom Line
We’re building a crew that can move fast, do clean work, and handle volume without sacrificing quality.
If that’s you—we want to talk. If not—this won’t be a good fit.
