Lead HVAC Installer - Residential HVAC Servicing Company - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Austin, TX

• Our client is a reputable residential mechanical services company serving the Austin and Dripping Springs area. They specialize in preventative maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and residential unit installations.
  
• They are currently hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to support their continued growth. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, reliable, and customer focused.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems efficiently and to code, ensuring high standards of workmanship
  
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer basic system operation questions
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during the installation process
  
• Complete all required documentation and updates using field service software

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation
  
• EPA Certification required
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• HVAC trade school education or certification is a plus, but not required
  
• Experience with or ability to learn Service Titan or similar software
  

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 40.00/hour
  
• Company-provided truck
