Lead HVAC Service Technician

Location: Fenton, MO Pay: $40-$43/hour DOE $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

$1,000 after 90 days

$1,000 after 180 days

We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to lead service and installation projects in residential homes, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial properties. If you're a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead HVAC service, repair, and installation projects

Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems

Service residential, apartment, manufactured housing, and light commercial HVAC equipment

Perform apartment maintenance HVAC work, including unit turns and occupied service calls

Support and mentor other technicians

Ensure all work meets code and manufacturer standards

Complete service documentation and maintain truck inventory

Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HVAC service experience

2+ years of HVAC installation experience

Lead or senior technician experience preferred

Experience with residential, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC

EPA 608 Certification

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Valid driver's license
