Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to oversee and manage our HVAC service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful completion of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians
• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems
• Valid HVAC technician license and certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
