About the Role:

Join Monty's Steak House as a Lead Host/Floor Manager, where you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experience. In this role, you will ensure our guests receive exceptional service while leading a dynamic team in a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Welcome and seat guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Coordinate reservations and manage table assignments efficiently.

Train and mentor new staff on service standards and customer engagement.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Monitor dining room flow and adjust staff levels as needed.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends availability.

Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to excellence.

High school diploma or equivalent.
