We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced HVAC installation technician to oversee and manage 2-3 projects at a time. This role requires strong technical ability, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work hands-on while guiding and training crews to ensure quality installation, job efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations, particularly in installing metal ductwork, running copper refrigerant lines, brazing, setting units, and performing system start-ups. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage installation crews on multiple jobs • Perform hands-on HVAC system installations • Fabricate and install metal ductwork • Running and brazing copper refrigerant lines • Setting condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and heat pumps • Installing and adjusting registers, supply returns, and grilles • Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning • Ensure job-site safety, organization, and cleanliness • Communicate clearly with customers, crews, and management • Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards • Train and mentor junior technicians/installers Qualifications: • Have 3+ years of experience installing HVAC units and their components • Proven ability to lead and supervise crews • Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system layout plans • Strong brazing, ductwork, and equipment placement skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Clean background check • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (not required, but highly beneficial) Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
