    We’re seeking a Lead I&C Engineer. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on leading, designing and improving control logic and instrumentation systems across complex facilities. You’ll work on modernization initiatives, equipment design, and system upgrades that prioritize precision, safety, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and update control system designs, including logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and control panel layouts

    Interpret and revise P&IDs and I&C drawings to reflect system changes and new configurations

    Collaborate on the integration of PLCs, DCS, and related control systems within power generation settings

    Support change control documentation and ensure traceability of modifications across engineering packages

    Assist in specification and configuration of instrumentation and control equipment for nuclear environments

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field

    5+ years of experience in I&C engineering for power generation, with preference for nuclear project work

    3+ years of team and project leadership

    Proficient in reading and updating P&IDs, loop diagrams, and system architecture drawings

    Familiarity with control logic design, safety instrumentation, and alarm response strategies

    Working knowledge of DCS/PLC platforms and instrumentation best practices

    Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in regulated environments

    Experience with change control processes in QA/QC-governed projects is a plus
