Part-Time Infant Teacher (Closing Shift) Trailblazer Academy

Do you have a heart for nurturing the littlest learners? Trailblazer Academy is seeking a Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our loving, Christ-centered childcare team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys caring for infants in a warm, supportive environment while ending their day with purpose.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

3:45 pm – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and clean environment

Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and playtime

Partner with our teaching team to create a calm, consistent close to the day

Communicate warmly with parents during pickup

Ensure the infant classroom is tidied and ready for the next day

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Professional Credential Level II (3.0) or higher as defined by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood/Colorado Shines system

Previous experience in childcare or early education working with infants

A nurturing, patient, and dependable personality

Ability to work consistently during scheduled hours

Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid
