Lead Infant Teacher – Spanish/English Bilingual

Location: Farmington, MI Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

We’re urgently seeking a bilingual Lead Infant Teacher to lead our infant room. The role requires a warm, experienced educator who can design lesson plans, nurture infants daily, and collaborate with families.

Essential Duties

Care for infants (feeding, diapering, soothing, and playtime).

Create and execute bilingual lesson plans tailored to developmental milestones.

Monitor and document progress, sharing updates with families.

Supervise assistant teachers in the classroom.

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean learning environment.

Support emotional and social development in a nurturing way.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED minimum; CDA or ECE coursework highly valued.

At least 2 years of infant care experience in a licensed childcare center.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Patient, dependable, and team-oriented.
