    Are you a warm, experienced, and passionate early childhood educator? The Goddard School of Collegeville is looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Room Teacher to nurture and guide our youngest learners, from 3 months to 1 year old.

    In this vital role, you'll create a loving, secure, and engaging environment where infants can thrive. You'll support their early development, build meaningful connections with each child, and foster strong, trusting relationships with families.     Key Responsibilities:

    Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

    Implement age-appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants.

    Develop and maintain daily schedules that include feeding, napping, and playtime routines.

    Observe and document each child’s growth and developmental milestones.

    Communicate verbally and in-writing with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and daily experiences

    Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom that meets health and safety regulations.

    Assist with basic care tasks, such as feeding, diapering, and helping infants with motor skill development.

    Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

    Attend staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions as required.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred

    Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

    2-5 years of previous experience working with young children (preferably infants or young toddlers) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred

    Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training

    Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
