Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities for infants.
Foster a nurturing and safe environment that promotes emotional and social development.
Conduct regular assessments to track and support each child's growth and milestones.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience across age groups.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.
Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Background check clearance and required state licensing.
