About the Role:

Join Brilliant BEGINNINGS as a Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners. We are seeking a passionate educator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to fostering a love for learning in infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for infants and toddlers.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress.

Collaborate with parents to support children's growth and development.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning.

Utilize developmentally appropriate practices to enhance learning experiences.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements: . CDA Child Development Associates required

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.

Current CPR and First Aid certification required.

Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.

Passion for working with young children and their families.
