Pay: $35–$45/hour + Overtime + Performance Bonuses
Expected First-Year Earnings: $75,000–$110,000+
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 for qualified candidates

Career Path
Lead Installer → Field Supervisor → Install Manager → Operations Manager
What You'll Do
Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and IAQ products
Perform system startup, testing, and quality verification
Ensure installations meet company standards and code requirements
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Mentor apprentices and junior installers
Maintain accurate job documentation
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, wiring diagrams, and startup procedures
Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
EPA Certification
S2, S1 or D2 Licenses
NATE Certification
Leadership or crew lead experience
Experience mentoring apprentices
Compensation & Benefits
