What You'll Do

Install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality products in residential homes

Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and on roofs as needed

Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently

Review job specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each project

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site

Treat every customer's home with care and respect

Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

The Ideal Candidate

Previous installation or skilled trade experience is preferred but not required. More important than your experience is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the specialized training, tools, and support needed to succeed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting equipment and materials

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, on ladders, and on roofs
