Responsibilities:

Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance team performance and skill development.

Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate installation plans.

Install and test heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and gather feedback.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.

Valid EPA certification.
