We're seeking a dedicated Awning Installer to join our team in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, where you'll play a vital role in transforming residential and commercial properties!

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Leadership: Lead and direct installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Installation Execution: Install awnings, pergolas, and other outdoor solutions with precision and care, utilizing ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.

Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to address questions, concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.

Material Handling & Organization: Ensure proper loading, unloading, and organization of materials at the job site and in the shop.

Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

Qualifications

Comfortable using common construction and installation tools.

Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be active all day.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Dependable, positive, and professional.

Experience in construction, installation, or hands-on field work

What We Offer

Compensation $32-$38 per hour DOE

8 hour shift Monday to Friday + OT opportunity
