We are looking for a Lead Instructor to take ownership of classes and help lead the “Serious Fun” experience at The Little Gym of East Cobb.

What you’ll be doing

Lead engaging, high-energy classes using our proven curriculum (we’ll fully train you)

Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for every child, every class

Deliver excellent customer experience—our families are part of our community

Bring consistency, structure, and fun to every session

A little about us

The Little Gym is the world’s leading children’s enrichment and physical development program, with over 300 locations worldwide.

We work with children from 4 months to 12 years old through Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes in a safe, clean, and encouraging environment.

Our mission is simple: help kids build confidence, skills, and a love for movement that lasts a lifetime. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and available on weekends.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
