Position Overview

Patient Centered Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Lead Janitor to support cleaning operations across multiple client locations in Henrico County, VA.

The Lead Janitor will serve as a key support person for the janitorial team by ensuring quality standards are maintained, assisting with employee coordination, completing site inspections, and providing coverage when staffing needs arise. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and guidance to approximately 8 janitorial employees across 4 locations

Serve as a point of contact for staff questions, scheduling needs, and operational concerns

Assist with maintaining employee schedules and attendance records

Provide fill-in coverage for employee call-outs to ensure client locations remain properly serviced

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met

Follow up on cleaning concerns and service requests

Assist with training, communication, and accountability among janitorial staff

Monitor supply needs and report operational issues to management

Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with employees and clients

Qualifications

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or team lead experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation required

Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations

Flexible availability to assist with coverage needs

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
