About the Role:

G Electric Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Fishers, IN. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on residential, commercial, or industrial job sites

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment per NEC code

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards

Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions

Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:

Valid Indiana Journeyman Electrician license required

5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in the field

Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations

Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
