Lead Journeyman Machinist – Precision Manufacturing Leadership Role Pay Range: $55,000 – $90,000 to start (based on experience & skill set)

PMG COS AZ LLC is seeking a Lead Journeyman Machinist to head up operations in our advanced manufacturing facility in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment supporting aerospace, defense, and commercial fabrication projects.

Position Overview: Take the lead in CNC machining operations, oversee quality and production flow, and mentor junior machinists on the floor.

Requirements:

5+ years CNC machining (mills/lathes)

Proficient in reading prints, GD&T, setups, and tight tolerances

Fanuc/HAAS control knowledge preferred

Supervisory or team lead experience highly desired

Strong focus on efficiency, safety, and quality
