    Forsythia is a chef-owned French fine dining restaurant built on discipline, precision, and pride in craft.

    We are seeking a Lead Kitchen Manager to maintain and strengthen the systems that define our kitchen.

    This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ordering, inventory control, prep structure, cost management, scheduling, and daily operational flow while upholding the standards of a refined French dining room serving 60 to 100 covers nightly.

    This position is not about personal menu expression. It is about alignment, execution, and consistency. You will work directly with a chef-owner who values long-term growth, accountability, and operational excellence.

    Leadership Profile

    • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience
    • Fine dining or high-standard kitchen background
    • Strong food cost and operational awareness
    • Experience managing 5 to 10 team members
    • Composed, professional presence during service
    • Ability to work 45 to 50 hours weekly with a 1:00 pm start time
    • Food safety knowledge

    Public transportation accessible. English required.
