A chef-owned French fine-dining restaurant in Philadelphia is seeking a Lead Kitchen Manager to maintain and strengthen the systems that define its kitchen.
This is a structured, standards-driven operation serving 60 to 100 covers nightly in a refined dining room environment.
This role is responsible for ordering, inventory control, prep organization, cost management, scheduling, and daily operational flow while upholding established culinary standards.
This position is not centered on personal menu development. It is a leadership role built on alignment, execution, and consistency.
Leadership Profile
• 2+ years kitchen leadership experience
• Fine dining or high-standard kitchen background
• Strong food cost and operational awareness
• Experience managing 5 to 10 team members
• Composed, professional presence under pressure
• Ability to work 45 to 50 hours weekly with a 1:00 pm start time
• Food safety knowledge
