Responsibilities:

Lead a team of lawn maintenance associates, assigning projects and following up to make sure that it is done correctly.

Lawn Crew: Mowing, edging, weed-eating, hand trimming, hand pulling weeds, and possible installation of landscaping

Install/maintenance of irrigation systems

Maintain equipment and supplies

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency

Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Requirements:

Supervisory skills to motivate and direct a team for best performance

High school diploma/GED required

Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

Clean driver’s license and experience in driving a box truck

Able to pass a drug screen and background check

Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, depending on the task: including baling machine, leaf blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools, irrigation systems

Able to work well with minimal supervision
