Owlkrown is expanding into handcrafted carry gear, bags, straps, belts, and more, and we’re looking for a skilled maker with real-world experience in leather and canvas production. This person will not only build and design products but also help us scale by creating the systems and procedures that support consistent, high-quality manufacturing. What You’ll Do:

Design and prototype leather and canvas products, camera bags, pouches, belts, straps, and more

Cut, stitch, assemble, and finish products using professional tools and machines

Develop patterns and templates for consistency

Set up production workflows and scalable procedures

Establish SOPs and train others as the team grows

Source and recommend materials

Optimize production for both small batch and high volume manufacturing

Test products for function, durability, and comfort

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in leather or canvas goods production

Deep knowledge of industrial sewing, finishing, and material behavior

Strong background in process design, scaling, and assembly line work

Ability to think like a builder, designer, and operations lead all in one

Detail focused, organized, and solution driven

Bonus: experience crafting carry gear for tech, tools, or cameras
