Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on leather artisan who loves working with their hands and crafting high-quality pieces. You’ll cut, sew, assemble, and finish leather and canvas products, bringing attention to detail, care, and pride in every item you make. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the craft, takes joy in creating, and wants to contribute to products that are built to last.

Requirements You should have experience working with leather and/or canvas, know how materials behave, and be comfortable using hand tools and sewing machines. A passion for craftsmanship, patience, attention to detail, and pride in your work are essential. Experience making bags, straps, or accessories is a plus, but most important is your love for crafting by hand.
