Your Role

As Lead Line Cook, you’ll supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate menu items with speed and accuracy

• Lead and train line cooks to meet Kafenio standards

• Maintain prep lists, organization, and sanitation

• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed

• Ensure food safety and health code compliance

• Foster a respectful, team-driven environment

What You Bring

• Experience as a Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role in a casual restaurant

• Breakfast cook background preferred

• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, organized, and motivated
