    We are seeking an experienced and dependable cook to join a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

    This position is ideal for a strong line cook or kitchen leader who can handle pressure, lead by example, maintain standards during service, and work cleanly and efficiently.

    The right candidate is organized, hardworking, professional, and understands the importance of consistency, communication, and urgency in a busy kitchen.

    Responsibilities

    Execute food consistently during high-volume service

    Lead by example on the line during peak periods

    Maintain quality, timing, and presentation standards

    Assist with prep, station organization, and kitchen cleanliness

    Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

    Help maintain a professional and efficient kitchen environment

    Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

    Qualifications

    Strong line cook experience required

    Leadership experience in a kitchen preferred

    Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

    Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

    Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens preferred
