Responsibilities: • Ensure that all interactions with visitors, vendors and colleagues are conducted in a professional and friendly manner • Set up cooking stations and fill them with all of the essential preparation items for a shift • Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations • Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications • Guarantee that quality food is supplied, by adhering to specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
