    We are looking for a sharp, reliable, people-person to run our inbound leads and appointment scheduling.

    This is one of the most important positions in our company. You are the person who makes sure customers get taken care of and appointments get scheduled.

    If you are organized, outgoing, and good on the phone, you can do very well here.

    This is NOT an office manager job. This is NOT a receptionist job.

    This is a lead management and appointment-setting role where your job is to:

    Answer calls. Respond to leads. Build trust. Set appointments. Keep things organized.

    What a Typical Day Looks Like

    Answer incoming homeowner calls

    Respond to online inquiries quickly

    Schedule appointments for our sales team

    Follow up with unscheduled leads

    Revisit past estimates

    Keep the CRM clean and organized

    Make sure no lead gets ignored

    You will stay busy. The day moves fast.
