Lead Manager / Appointment Setter – Remote | Real Estate Investment Company What You’ll Do • Make daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads using our CRM and dialer • Respond to and follow up with inbound leads via text, email, and phone • Prequalify motivated sellers by asking scripted questions and gathering property/owner details • Set appointments for our acquisition managers with qualified sellers • Keep detailed notes and activity logs inside our CRM • Tag leads properly, manage pipeline status, and follow up systematically • Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure handoffs are smooth and leads are properly managed Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For • Fluent, confident English speaker with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent • Must be culturally aligned with U.S. seller expectations and market behavior (U.S. upbringing or experience preferred) • 1+ year of experience in real estate cold calling, appointment setting, or sales support • Comfortable on the phone: high energy, objection-handling skills, and ability to think on your feet • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and dialers • Highly dependable, organized, and consistent in daily outreach • Available full-time during U.S. business hours (CST or EST preferred) Qualifications: • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt tone depending on the seller's personality • Comfortable working in a remote team environment and communicating via Slack, Zoom, and task systems like GHL and Discord • Familiarity with real estate terms like “wholesaling,” “novations,” “ARV,” “equity,” and “assignment contracts” is a plus • Must be comfortable handling objections , disqualifying unfit leads, and probing for seller motivation • Exceptional phone skills — confident, clear, and persuasive with the ability to think on your feet and maintain control of conversations • Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead management (real estate or high-ticket sales preferred) Compensation: $30,000+
