Job Title: Lead Manager – Real Estate Investment Company Company: Trudo Home Buyers Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid, must be in Houston, TX Compensation: $600–$800/week base + performance bonuses (OTE $40,000–$55,000/year) Role Overview The Lead Manager is responsible for: • Answering inbound seller leads • Speaking with homeowners to qualify their motivation and gather property details • Managing and updating CRM records • Following up consistently to uncover opportunities • Setting appointments for our Acquisition Managers You are the first point of contact and the voice of the company — helping homeowners feel heard, supported, and guided through the process. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $600–$800/week (based on experience) • Performance bonuses: $100–$250/month + $100–$200 per contract • On-track earnings: $40,000–$55,000/year • Paid training • Growth opportunities into senior LM or Acquisition roles Schedule • Full-time • Monday–Friday (Saturday light availability as needed) • Standard business hours (no late nights) What Success Looks Like • 80–120 outbound dials/day • 100% same-day contact on new leads • 8–15 qualified appointments/week • Organized, clean CRM with no missed tasks • Positive communication with both sellers and the team Responsibilities: • Respond to all new leads quickly (calls, web forms, text) • Make outbound calls to warm, cold, and old leads daily • Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price • Set appointments for the Acquisition team • Maintain detailed notes and task reminders in the CRM • Follow a daily call and follow-up schedule • Meet daily/weekly performance targets • Provide status updates to the sales team • Re-engage old leads and nurture long-term prospects Qualifications: Required: • Strong phone communication skills • Positive, coachable attitude • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable with high-volume calling • Basic tech and CRM proficiency • Ability to follow scripts and processes • Must live in the Houston, TX area Preferred (not required): • Inside sales or call center background • Real estate or wholesaling experience • Familiarity with CRM or similar tools We will train the right person — mindset and consistency matter most.
