Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Be the first point of contact : Handle inbound calls from property owners with empathy and professionalism, uncovering their motivation for selling and ensuring they feel understood. • Drive results through appointments : Screen leads, analyze selling motivations, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team that maximize conversion potential. • Own the follow-up process : Keep leads warm and engaged, building rapport and maintaining regular communication to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. • Collaborate for success : Work closely with our team to ensure every lead is handled effectively, with a shared focus on closing deals and driving company growth. Qualifications: Who You Are: • A natural leader who thrives on results and has a passion for building relationships. • Someone with appointment-setting experience (real estate is a bonus!) and a track record of closing deals or turning prospects into opportunities. • CRM-savvy with strong computer and data entry skills—staying organized is second nature to you. • Experienced in sales or customer service , with excellent communication and persuasion skills. • A high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves hitting goals.
