๐ Location: Mathnasium of Brandon ๐ Schedule: Part-Time (After School & Sunday afternoons)
๐ The Opportunity
This is not a short-term or seasonal role. We are seeking someone who is committed to at least one year and wants to grow into a leadership role within our center.
As a Lead Instructor, you will serve as a key leader on the floor, balancing instruction, team support, parent communication, and operational excellence.

๐ผ What Youโll Do
๐ฅ Lead and support a team of instructors during sessions ๐ง Deliver individualized instruction in a group setting ๐ Monitor student progress and engagement ๐ฌ Communicate progress with parents and families ๐ป Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Methodโข ๐ Stay organized and assist with light administrative tasks ๐ซ Help maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment
โ What Weโre Looking For
โค๏ธ Passion for math and working with students ๐ฃ๏ธ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ๐ Solid math skills (Algebra 2 and above) ๐ Leadership ability with a team-first mindset ๐ฏ Eagerness to learn, grow, and be coached โก Ability to balance teaching and leadership responsibilities
๐ Requirements
๐ Pass a math literacy assessment ๐ Provide work authorization ๐ Successfully complete a background check
๐ป Tech Expectations (High Priority)
This role requires someone who is comfortable with technology and systems or can learn quickly and confidently:
๐ฑ Navigate and work efficiently on an iPad during sessions ๐ Use spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for tracking and organization ๐๏ธ Learn and manage CRM systems for student notes, communication, and follow-up ๐ป Adapt to digital learning platforms and internal tools with ease
๐ You do not need to know everything on day one, but you must be a fast, independent learner who is not intimidated by new systems and can pick them up quickly.
