Vein & Aesthetic Practice | South Jersey (Voorhees Area) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
Lead Clinical Operations in an Established Specialty Practice We are an established, physician-led outpatient vein and aesthetic practice in South Jersey seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to oversee and manage our clinical team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will direct daily operations, manage a team of 6 Medical Assistants, and maintain an active role in patient care within a fast-paced procedural environment. This position is best suited for someone who has already led a team, understands accountability, and is ready to take ownership of clinical operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations · Maintain efficient patient flow across 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
· Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with procedures
· Ensure consistency in clinical protocols and workflow
Staff Leadership · Direct daily activities of 6 Medical Assistants
· Create schedules, manage coverage, and address call-outs
· Maintain accountability and performance standards across the team
Hiring & Performance Management · Interview, hire, and onboard new Medical Assistants
· Conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews
· Manage disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
Training & Development · Train new hires on clinical skills and workflow expectations
· Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures
· Continuously improve team performance and efficiency
Inventory & Supply Management · Oversee ordering of medical and procedural supplies
· Maintain appropriate inventory levels
· Work with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
Qualifications · 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
· Strong organizational and operational skills
· Ability to manage staff and enforce accountability
· Experience in a procedural or specialty practice preferred
