We’re a wellness-centered sauna studio looking to hire a Lead Membership Sales Associate who isn’t just skilled in sales, but also genuinely excited about promoting health and wellness. Our ideal candidate is someone who practices what they preach — a wellness enthusiast who regularly enjoys sauna sessions and understands the amazing benefits they offer.

We Offer

Hourly Pay + ability to earn unlimited commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold - paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

We offer comprehensive training but some experience is required.

All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Monday through Friday, 2pm - 9:30 pm

Monday through Friday, 630 am - 2:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm

This isn’t your average “Front desk/sales” job — yes, you’ll greet guests with a smile, but you’ll also be closing sales, solving problems, and keeping the studio humming behind the scenes. It’s a dynamic blend of sales, operations, and leadership — and you’ll be right at the heart of it all.

As a Lead Membership Sales Associate, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where flexibility and initiative are key. You won’t just be standing at the front desk — you’ll be driving business, coordinating studio activity, supporting your team, and stepping into whatever role is needed, from sales to cleaning suites. Everyone contributes, and as a leader, you'll set the tone.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Taking the lead on in-studio membership sales while coaching and motivating the team.

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Sauna + Red light therapy and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome - look for ways to connect with them on a personal level

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
