We invite you to join our dynamic team of highly skilled, innovative mental health practitioners and leaders at W. Cummings Park, Woburn, with the opportunity to have a hybrid role at our Andover, MA location. Our Woburn office is centrally located < 1 ml. from the Route 95 and Route 93 intersection, our newly established center is geographically accessible to clinicians and clients, alike. Our Andover office is conveniently located between Route 93 and Route 495. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Responsibilities Include:
Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Maintaining a minimum caseload of 18-20 clients
Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure
Credentialing Requirements
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated field
Candidates must hold clinical licensure for 3 years or longer in MA and be able to provide supervision
Candidates must have effective written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Candidates must work within a multi-cultural lens
Candidates must be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
