    House Lead Clinician (LPC) Kingston, PA | Full-Time $70,000–$90,000 base salary | Full compensation package: $90,000–$120,000 Are you a strong clinician who wants to combine therapy, supervision, and leadership in one meaningful role? Our outpatient mental health practice is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to serve as House Lead Clinician in our Kingston office. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys direct client work but is also ready to take on a leadership role by supporting fellow clinicians, facilitating diagnostic supervision, and supervising LAPCs. You’ll carry a 20-22-hour weekly caseload while helping build a connected, growth-oriented clinical culture within the Kingston house. Responsibilities: • Provide outpatient psychotherapy with a 20-22 clinical hour/week caseload • Facilitate the weekly diagnostic supervision group • Provide individual supervision for LAPCs • Support clinicians in the Kingston office through consultation, mentorship, and guidance • Help maintain a collaborative, accountable, and supportive office culture • Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner • Uphold high standards of ethical, professional, and evidence-based care Qualifications: • Active Pennsylvania LPC license • Fulfills the requirements of 5 years post-master's clinical experience • Strong outpatient clinical experience • Excellent diagnostic and clinical judgment • Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians • Strong communication and leadership skills • Supervisory experience Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
