Lead Mills / Back-up Tool Maker
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Write, read, and edit CNC programs for mills and lathes.
- Set up and operate machine tools; fit assembled parts and verify dimensions.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, height stands, dial indicators).
- Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and tooling; replace parts and troubleshooting issues.
- Replace small parts, check fuses, and remove broken bolts and dies.
- Run production parts in Fabrication and other departments as needed.
- Maintain safety, ethics, and professionalism; follow all company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer-controlled machine tools; CNC programming experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and edit CNC programs.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus.
- Comfortable in a loud warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Able to walk, stand, sit, talk, hear, use hands, lift to 50 lbs., and occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
