What You’ll Do as a Mitigation Technician
Lead the cleanup and mitigation effort after disasters: water, fire, mold, and more
Deliver 5-star customer service in high-stress situations
Work hard, stay organized, and maintain clean company equipment and vehicles
Use mobile apps to document jobs and communicate with the team
Participate in the on-call rotation and be ready to assist in after-hours emergencies
Be a team player—step in and support other departments when needed
What You Bring to the Team
Required:
IICRC Certifications: AMRT, WRT
Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
Proficiency in mobile job documentation apps
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and work nights/weekends as needed
Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Additional IICRC certifications: OCT, TCST, FSRT, ASD
Prior experience with mold, lead, and asbestos abatement
