As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Proficient in Making Outbound Soft Calls

Social Media Engagement

Lead Monitoring and Management

Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians

Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail and personal customer contacts

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Review Management and Response

Job Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off Hours: This is a three employee 3 week rotating shift. Week one is 7am-3pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, with Thursday's hours 9am-7pm. With Sunday and Wednesday off Week two is 2pm-10pm Monday thru Thursday with Friday's shift 9am-7pm. With Saturday and Sunday off. Week three is Sunday 7am-4pm, Wednesday & Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday & Saturday 2pm-10pm. With Monday & Tuesday off.
