About the Role:
Constant Education Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to join their team in South Orange County, CA! Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, individualized Montessori-based lessons aligned with child development principles
Prepare and maintain an organized, inviting Montessori classroom environment with age-appropriate materials
Observe and assess each child's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs
Guide students in developing independence, problem-solving skills, and social-emotional growth
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
Collaborate with school leadership to uphold Montessori philosophy and program standards
Requirements:
Montessori certification (AMI or AMS preferred) required
Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a Montessori classroom setting
Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy
Valid California teaching credential or Child Development Permit preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
