Lead Nail Technician Responsibilities Our Lead Nail Technician will work hand in hand with the Owner/Studio Manager to achieve team and salon goals. The lead nail technician’s primary responsibility is leading the nail technicians in the day-to-day activities as well as the guest experience.

Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services to guests

Training new Nail Technicians

Assisting in the continued education of the team

Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon

Social media posting/collabs

Always serve guests throughout the salon

Contribute and rally the team to goals

Lead Nail Technician Requirements

NC Manicurist or cosmetology license

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Able to work full time day/evening and at least one weekend day
