Ideal candidate must have an Early Childhood Education bachelor's degree and hold a North Carolina B-K License.

3-5 years early childhood teaching experience with excellent attendance record.

Salary will be determined by education and experience and in conjunction with Rutherford County, North Carolina teacher pay scales.

Knowledge and experience with the North Carolina Common Core Standards, the Dial 4 Deveolmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning, the North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development Resources and The Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies.

Experience in the development, enrichment and facilitating lessons and activity plans in a large group setting.
