Your Role
As the Lead Nurse Practitioner, you will act as the primary clinical provider and care coordinator for adults with chronic TBI and related neurological conditions enrolled in our program. You will develop personalized care plans for each patient, serve as the “clinical quarterback” for their healthcare needs, and supervise other clinicians in your team. You will also participate in program development and ensure quality standards are met.
How You Qualify
The ideal candidate must have an active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Kansas, with 3-5+ years of clinical NP experience in neurorehabilitation or closely related fields. Familiarity with Medicaid and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs, leadership abilities, and proficiency in telehealth technology is essential. In addition, you should possess excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail in documentation, and ability to work independently in a remote care environment.
