The Role: Lead, Mentor, & Innovate As our Lead Nurse, you are the clinical heartbeat of our facility. You will lead a dedicated team of RNs, ensuring the highest standards of safety while fostering an environment that nurses actually want to work in.
People Leadership
Recruit, interview, and onboard new nursing talent in partnership with the General Manager.
Manage RN schedules and facilitate training/development for the nursing team.
Lead regular meetings and disseminate policy updates from the corporate medical team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality care.
Clinical Operations
Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM Injections to deliver vital nutrients to clients.
Educate clients on the science and benefits of our innovative modalities.
Manage medical supply inventory and maintain a pristine, compliant clinical environment.
Utilize EMR systems to document client journeys and communicate with our Medical Director.
Who You Are
Licensed: You are a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license and BLS certification.
Experienced: You have 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or Medical Aesthetics. Sales Experience is a plus.
Skilled: You have at least 1 year of experience administering injections and feel confident with IV starts.
A Natural Leader: You are outgoing, ethical, and enjoy coaching others to success.

A Day in the Life: Lead Nurse at Restore Ever wonder what a "low-stress" nursing leadership role actually looks like? Here’s a glimpse into your new routine.
9:45 AM – The Morning Launch You arrive at our bright, modern studio—no sterile hospital smell here. You touch base with the General Manager over a coffee to discuss the day’s bookings and any new nursing candidates you’re interviewing later. You check the medical supply inventory and ensure the IV drip station is prepped for a busy morning.
11:00 AM – The Coaching Hour One of your part-time RNs is onboarding today. You spend an hour mentoring them on our specific IV protocols and how to educate clients on the benefits of NAD+ or high-dose Vitamin C. You aren't just checking boxes; you’re building a high-performing team.
1:00 PM – High-Impact Clinical Care A regular client—perhaps a marathon runner or a busy executive—comes in for their weekly protocol. You skip the "patient chart" grind and engage in a real conversation about their wellness goals. You expertly start an IV, administer a shot, and move them into a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session.
2:30 PM – Lead Nurse "Flow State" While your team handles the floor, you spend some time in the office managing the nursing schedule for next month. Because you build the schedule, you’ve already ensured you have Friday off for a long weekend. You hop on a monthly corporate nursing call to stay ahead of the latest wellness trends and medical compliance updates.
4:00 PM – Personal Wellness Break It’s a Lead Nurse perk! You’ve had a productive day, so you take 15 minutes for a Red Light Therapy session or a Compression break to recharge your own batteries. You practice what you preach.
6:00 PM – The Clean Close You ensure the EMR documentation is polished, the medical fridge is stocked, and the team is energized. You head out the door on time—no mandatory overtime, no "staying late for a late admission." You're home in time for dinner, feeling physically energized and mentally clear.
