    Join Our Team as a Lead Occupational Therapist or Lead Occupational Therapy Assistant at Milestone Therapy!

If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team as a Lead Therapist! Full-time is preferred but will consider part-time.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Facilitate Clinical Support for Team Members

    Mentoring: Guide and support new and established team members.

    Facilitate Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration between departments.

    Support Milestone Management: Assist in implementing management strategies and directives.

    Direct Treatment and Supervision: Provide hands-on treatment and clinical supervision.

    Capacity to Excel:

    Passion: Be excited and enthusiastic about your role, Milestone Therapy, EOS, and the V/TO.

    Talent: Demonstrate an innate talent, intuitive grasp, or natural ability for therapy and mentorship.

    Role Model: Serve as a role model for other team members.

    Liaison: Act as a liaison for various roles and settings within the organization.

    Competencies: Uphold and maintain ongoing competencies for Milestone team members.

    Performance: Shadow same discipline providers and provide input on clinical performance.

    Problem Solving: Assist in solving caseload issues and provide input on problem-solving strategies.

    Mentorship: Provide discipline-specific mentorship across Milestone Therapy.

    Clinical Support: Facilitate clinical support for all disciplines within Milestone Therapy.

    Supervision: Provide ongoing treatment and clinical supervision as required by your specific discipline.

    Scheduling: Assist in schedule building and handoff as directed by Milestone Management.

    Coverage: Provide session coverage as delegated by Milestone Management.

    Quality Standards: Understand, educate on, and enforce quality standards for client care, documentation, and operational processes based on industry guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    Education: Hold an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    Experience: At least two years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy experience and/or training.

    Full-time preferred, will consider part-time

    Must be open to working in a hybrid position

    Must have knowledge in all treatment settings that Milestone works or be willing to participate in training to obtain the knowledge needed

    Stipend:

    Bi-weekly stipend for OT $200 ($5,200 per year)

    Bi-weekly stipend for OTA $150 ($3,900 per year)
