Responsibilities and Duties
Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
Maintain a steady therapy caseload while supporting clinical leadership responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
Provide case consultation and clinical support to therapists as needed
Assist with onboarding and supporting new clinicians
Participate in team meetings, clinical discussions, and professional development
Support clinic leadership with clinical workflows and quality of care initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
Active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT required)
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
3+ years of experience providing outpatient therapy and managing a clinical caseload preferred
Interest in mentoring or supporting other clinicians
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan
Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and telehealth platforms
