A local clinician-owned private practice is seeking an experienced OT for a supervisory role. Choose to work full-time and carry a small caseload, or work part-time and do supervision only! Supervision is needed in schools and clinic, and some tasks can be done remotely from home! Plenty of flexibility to build a position that works for YOU.

About the Role

• Flexibility: Set your own schedule, adjust as needed, and enjoy true work-life balance. This is a "parent-friendly" role -- enjoy the ability to flex your hours around your kids' schedules!
• Provide mentorship and supervision to OTAs and grad students
• Work in clinic and schools
• Complete evaluations and paperwork for MET reports and IEPs
• Attend meetings (some flexibility for virtual attendance!)
• Collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs in a well-established team

• W-2 Pay: $50-$65 per hour, depending on setting and experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Active AZ Occupational Therapy license.
• AZDOE teaching credential
• Ability to work in person in Tempe (with Valleywide options for schools)
• Pediatric experience
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to therapy and leadership
